Unironically, crime, education, homelessness, and housing availability are all greatly affected by income, so by finding ways to make costs lower, Newsom is actually addressing those issues. 

It’s not even fair to call those people morons, because they know exactly what they’re saying and doing. They’re just absolutely shit people.
