Sleepy Void Any one else's void gets extra cuddly during the winter?
Nocturne's favorite spot around winter time is on a blanket between my legs. As soon as I sit on the couch, he will come over, and politely ask for a blanket to be laid down 🥰

The second the high started going from 90 to 80 this stray became extra cuddly. He broke in before the first freeze. If it becomes less than 68 in our house we will wake up with him on our face. We are terrified to have the house below 65 or he will treat us like TaunTauns (star wars, smelt bad inside and out).

She has the guest bedroom to herself, and I'll nap with her occasionally. However, that mattress is rock hard, and I'm a side sleeper, but I will risk a sore back when she looks so cute snoozing on my legs.
She was our backyard stray we adopted so she swings wildly between super affectionate and feral basket case who's always ready to fight.

Yes, my cats name is Holly and every year when she gets like this I like to say ""Oh Winter Holly is back!"

Heck yeah! Nona comes by every night to demand space under the covers and she almost always gets what she demands

Yes! He is relentless trying to cuddle the dog. The dog is like NOT TODAY SATAN. Or ever.

Omg yes! We recently just moved. My old apartment always stayed relatively warm during the winter (so much so that we never once turned on the heater in the winter and my void very rarely would sleep on the bed with me), but we recently moved and the new place is always cold at night. Now I have a snuggle bug always on me when it’s time to go to sleep!

Nope, mine saves that sort of behaviour for summer. 30+ days, 20+ nights = the perfect time to curl up on your human 😒

Homie just finished a two hour nap on my chest. He was the best thing in the world when the power went out in an ice storm a couple years ago.

Because of how cheap I am with the heat, you'd better believe it! That kind of pawsitive reinforcement doesn't make me rethink my scroogey ways either 🤣

Yes, he’s officious AF the rest of the year, but as soon as that temp drops to 55, he’s a side snuggler.

Not just the void, but all 3 of our cats do! Guess they like it where it's warm, hehe!💗☺️

It's even better when at the same time their winter coat comes in.
Extra floof AND extra cuddly!

I love a winter void. Sucks up to me day and night, wanting my company, wanting to trill and snuggle. Then summer comes. *sigh.

Mine has to have the blanket lifted up a little so she can pounce /attack into the blanket cave.

My void loves winter cuddles too! Especially when it’s cold, he becomes the ultimate lap cat. Does your void also get extra demanding for attention when it’s chilly?

My void princess is a snuggle bug 24/7/365 , doesn't matter if it's summer, winter , fall , spring, the fall of Rome , rise of the robot rebellion .. she will be as agressive with her snuggles wether you want them or not 🤣

I feel like all cats are like this (one girl void, 2 boy tabbies)…….but my void Gertie has ALWAYS slept on my legs ❤️ The boys only do so randomly!

My little void never comes close to us unfortunately, we’ve had him for 2 months now but he still prefers to sleep by himself in the living room away from us

Winters -40°c but my void still wants to look outside from the porch. I stuff him in my parka and he snuggles right in! Bedtime he’s glued to my legs for extra warmth

Yup every year for 7 years. Last night she slept on my legs and when I started moving them around she stood on them until I stopped and then laid back down.
