Yeah I'm not sure how people can adopt one but not both 😞 I couldn't live with myself

If cost is really an issue they should ask the shelter for a cat that is known to be a loner. Cats are way more social than people realize and do much better in at least pairs. The shelter by me won't even adopt out kittens unless you can take at least 2 or you have a cat at home already

There are enough cats that are alone that you can adopt without having to separate bonded cats.
