The hinge is broken mane I don’t know who can repair it (it’s 60 bucks so I will buy a second hand cheap waffle maker)

Probably no one, at least not at a reasonable cost. Cast iron is weldable, but only with very special preheating/cooling, and a skilled welder. The missing piece also seems to be lost, which is another issue.

I’d recommend waiting until you find a whole waffle iron. You’re paying a lot for something you need to get repaired (which will be tough) and won’t have much value if you want to sell it later.
