Cataclysm Why does my freshly boosted cata troll have 6 pack abs and how do I remove them?

Just boosted this character and cannot get rid of these abs. Taking off gear, relogging, nothing has fixed it, any ideas?

I would suggest that your character start eating a lot of pizza and drinking 3 liters of Coca Cola every day. I am sure they will be gone in a month xD!
