When MoP prepatch happens, will monks/pandaren be playable up to 85? Or do they only come out with the actual expansion

In the TBC prepatch, horde were able to level pallies in prepatch, and alliance were able to level shamans. In WOTLK prepatch, death knights were levellable in prepatch as well. So unless they change something drastically, I would assume prepatch will let you level monks.
