I just got 60 and did my first Ony, how am I supposed to tell what dots are mine? I cant tell when I need to cast corruption again bc there was 5 different corruptions

I only play retail, I played a bit of sod but didn’t get past P1 even though I loved it just because I wanted to play retail PvP again. Now that I’m very over retail, I want to know if as a new classic player it’s worth hopping in for this cycle of expansions since I’m assuming they will run to WOTLK again. Is it worth putting my free time into or is the population too low / min max / Gold buyer focused? I’m not a new wow player in any regard but I started playing in Mists as how young I was, so outside of online guides, I’d be pretty blind.

I’m wondering everyone’s experience with guild raids (not PUG) and prioritizing axes to current edgemaster users. Is it common for non-edgemaster users to pass as edgie users see the most benefit from axes? As a human warrior I’d feel like a jerk rolling on an axe, losing my +5 weapon skill racial benefit, and blocking an edgie user from their bis weapon. Conversely, an edgie user would prio maces and swords to human warriors. Thoughts?

Only 1 server is down right now all other servers are fine and stable but can’t log into benediction. This is getting a bit outrageous at this point. Blizzard use to make announcements or a blue post pretty quick when these things happen and now they just go silent. No care to fix the servers or let us know they are trying to fix seems like they just worry about it the next day

They were originally added in patch 1.4.0 with the PvP system, before 1.5.0 battlegrounds. The most forgotten piece of content.

I know I'm late to the party, but I made a toon on wildgrowth horde and have yet to seen or be invited to any group, I really wanna be able to experience stuff like bfd and all the raids/dungeons, is there any server with active loweer level stuff? Or am I just too late to the party :(

So, basically, it happens 2 times in less than 2 hours. The exact same spot, near Corin's in the EPL. A bot mining a Truesilver Ore, But instead of mining, the bot just stands there, with the loot window open. So it's impossible to mine. And as a result, it prevents other nearby deposits from popping up. What kind of shit is this ?

Does anyone have an experience using a gnomish mind control cap as a low level, like lets say level 25, against a higher level player like a level 60? Since this item has a unique way of interacting with the game, I am wondering if it sort of just ignores levels in pvp. I have looked and looked to and try and find any information confirming or denying this and I came up empty handed.

I just reached 85 on my Warrior and started doing the Tol Barad dailies since it looks like I can spend the points to get a mount or two, maybe some gear... I have also been doing the Darkmoon Fair stuff when that comes around to get some heirlooms for whatever class I decide to play next. I do dungeons and have been attempting (extremely poorly) to do some PVP.

Besides those ones with obvious decent rewards, which other dailies should I be doing? Just getting gold isn't very interesting. Are there other good rewards out there that I am not taking advantage of?

This is my first "final level" character I have ever had so I am a bit lost for endgame stuff. Thanks for any help!

This was my first time in WoW that I decided to run my own guild. Cultivating such an amazing community of friends and gamers has been the best wow experience I've ever had. We had our moments with different people over time, but now as we enter phase 8, this is by far the best guild I've ever been a part of. I think the craziest recruitment we ever made for the guild was when we ran a pug raid in MC and decided to not reserve HoR. Our first raid, HoR dropped and a pug SRd it! After handing this guy a legendary item, I told him he had to join the guild now. So he did! He's now one of our best players and a great friend in our community. It's just crazy how we recruited him.

Allies have many advantages in AV, IMO, the kiting marshals on the fence is most egregious. Is there a way for horde to do something even remotely similar?
