I suppose the positional gain is that you can just buy votes now an no one says boo.
Next the prizes will be $1000, but there'll be 250,000 of them.

That might actually be the plan, it would make sense that he's testing this election rigging method with one prize and then once he knows he can get away with it he'll increase the prize pool like that to buy even more votes

u/Kryptosis 4d ago
This isn’t the first time he did it though

u/BeneficialAction3851 4d ago
Yeah I feel like he might slowly be trying to normalize this with the small prize pool raffles since the gov or the courts don't seem to care then he'll expand it to a much more sketchy scheme like the original comment said which would likely bring in way more voters

u/FaroutIGE 3d ago
isn't it the first time that he gave away 20 dollars for a picture to each of the people in the picture tho?

u/TILiamaTroll 2d ago
and then, at some point, he might win!

u/BeneficialAction3851 2d ago
If he can't buy friends, or a platform that is somewhat friendly towards him, I'm doubtful he could win an election when even the Trump sheeple hate Elon Musk despite Trump's defense of him. He's a terminally unlikeable man even among the chuds

Next time can all democrat voters just say they’re voting republican, take Elon’s cash and vote dem anyway?

u/themoray42 4d ago
The money aint going to republican voters- it’s going to people that have already been selected.

No I bet it’s to argue that there’s no way he could’ve interfered with the presidential election.

Here we go again with the 4D chess 😴
No, you lost because you're a massive prick and people are starting to organise, there is no "positional gain". What a fucking bore this man is.

u/JesseGladstone 4d ago
It's like that video of him from a couple weeks ago playing around with the forks at Mar-a-Lago. He isn't smarter and playing 4D chess, he was just high as balls.

I mean, he's a racist Nazi, a fraud, and a traitor, but that shit he wears on his sleeve...turns out the boy genius really ain't too bright

"I knew I was going to fail. That's why I told everyone we were going to win and why I desperately violated the law trying to bribe people in a race I wasn't sure we could win. Despite all of my effort and influence I still wasn't able to accomplish anything but that's okay because it was... A tactical move and a masterful stroke against the woke left!«

u/thisonehereone 4d ago
So the dude running in that race was just a pawn to him? Am I reading that right?

u/1st_hylian 4d ago
He didn't specify what piece he lost, I'm assuming it's because he doesn't know their names. I bet he has at least an absurdly expensive, bespoke chess set he has never used.

Sure sure, I totally believe that you sacrificed a pawn to save your queen. Not at all like you’re saving face.

Lol what "positional gain"? You paid 25 million to get absolutely embarrassed. The cope is nuts.

A big upside to his loss is that it probably defangs the conspiracy theories about him somehow hacking the 2024 election. Which makes me feel better because I really didn’t want to consider the possibility that he’s capable of that.

This is either Elon talking to his own alt account or him responding to a bot

I totally expected to lose, so I gave these millions to these *checks notes
Not, at all so random people.

If that person's tongue were any further up Elon's ass, they'd be able to lick the back of Elon's teeth.

Didn't he claim like a week ago that no less than the future existence of humanity as a whole hinged on the Wisconsin Supreme Court vote? And now it's just a tiny strategic withdrawal in a much larger battle? Make up your mind, buddy.

He says he expected to lose and is now whining they cheated. Right. Okay.
