Jersey size question

I was going to buy a jersey, just because I’ve wanted one for forever but idk what size to order. For reference, my usual top size is a medium but I want the jersey to fit kinda loosely on my body

Im at a weird point between L and XL for shirts. Ended up going with XL and it feels a bit too big. Kinda depends on how loose you want it, but ive found they tend to run a bit loose so medium would probably be fine. Can always head to a mall or store near you if ones available and see if you can try one on.

I’m 6’2 and slim and usually wear a Large for the length so getting a Large jersey fits over sweatshirts just fine on my. I would maybe size up once if you want the lose fit but no need to go above L

So this is weird as hell but i also wanted a looser fit jersey last year and one that didn’t attract negative attention at away games (cough cough my suh in size medium), so i recently got a Goff jersey in large, thinking the other one was oversized and this would be too. Felt like it fit identically, which is odd because they are both differently-sized official jerseys from the team store, so i put them side by side and they fucking increased the size of the front and back cloth panels while drastically decreasing the size of the side vented panels connecting them, so the overall “tube“ shape itself (if that makes sense) is basically identical in terms of circumference. The large may be a little longer. But at this point i would be too annoyed af myself for not realizing it earlier and trading mine in to buy an xl. Don’t make my mistake! I’m honestly not sure what they were thinking.

I wear an xl shirt but my jerseys are large and they fit loosely except my Black Jersey it’s tighter so the black jersey might run smaller than the regular jersey

My $129 Sewell jersey is loose fitting. The $170 St Brown jersey is tighter fitting. Not sure on the naming convention fanatics/nfl used but that's the retail pricing.

I don't know what size you should get, but FYI, the Lions jerseys on Walmart.com are pretty nice. I picked up 2 of them, one for my daughter and one for me. I'm a pretty big guy (6' 1", 225 lbs) and a large was comfortably loose. Perfect!

They're just under $40, thankfully, since I got a Jahmyr Gibbs, so I don't have too much buyers remorse, lol! Still gonna rock that 26!

Keep in mind, the shipping takes almost a month. Good to order now for next season, I suppose.

If your buying a Game jersey (rubber numbers) go medium. If you are going Vapor of Elite get a large. Tshirts are normaly M for me too. Also if you are looking reps somewhere online use sizing for the Game jersey.

I would say XL if you typically wear M. For the looser fit + since jerseys typically need an undershirt due to the material

Not good advice. I wear medium and buy small because I feel like I'm swimming in a medium jersey. I would say medium or large if you are really worried. XL will feel like wearing a dress.
