Diagnostic Process I'm scared of doctors and that changes test results
Like at my doctor's appointment when I was laying down my rhr was 91 and when I stood it spiked to 120 and stayed there
Now I do the same thing at home and my rhr was 72 and spikes to 164, by minute two tho it's down to 112 and at min 5 it's at 102 and it stays there
I'm literally just scared of doctors bc of sth that happened once but like how on earth am I supposed to prove to the doctor what the problem is if it refuses to act the same way 😭

Both readings are essentially within diagnostic criteria :-) it's normal to have some better days and some worse. It shouldn't take having those extreme swings to get diagnosed if you still fit the criteria on your better days. If they don't diagnose you, look for another Dr who will take you more seriously. But also important they rule other causes out make sure they do a panel of blood tests

I've gotten blood tests done and I'm gonna get an echo provided my parents actually agree
Hopefully it goes somewhere im getting sick of feeling like I'm crazy

Me too I tell them! I’m like “I’m already having tachycardia because it’s too bright and I had a panic attack parking and I hate it here.” I keep lots of data at home.

Maybe get technology that keeps track like an Apple Watch, and send your dr the data.
