Sno-isle TECH institute med acceptance rate
Does anybody know the general acceptance rate of Sno-Isle students or Sno-Isle students doing med? I got put on a waiting list for Sno-Isle, and I don't know if it was me not being good enough to get enrolled or if it was more difficult to get in this year because it kind if ruined my day. After all, I wanted to work at Sno-isle. (I have a 3.7 GPA overall currently, and I have a pretty good reason to enroll in Sno-isle)

Would you be interested in doing a similar program via Running Start, even on a part time basis? You would have a variety of community and technical colleges to choose from and can get even more high school and college credits.
You can ask your counselor or Sno-Isle itself why your application was denied, but I doubt it's because of a 3.7 GPA. There is a fair chance you could be accepted off the wait-list if you respectively show that you are still extremely interested in attending and would be a great student to have in class.

Check out the summer school program. Getting a reference from the teacher might be helpful.

If classes are full not much to do. Bus loads going in. It's a big deal.

There's a lot to understand about this subject. Sno-Isle Tech has a lot of rules about how many students they can admit from each school district. They also have ratio's that they can't change, and a limited amount of space for the 14 districts that they serve. At 1100 students that are mostly bussed back and forth from their High Schools it is a constant challenge. Best thing I could think of is to contact them directly and ask about your situation. I know their Applied Medical Science course is popular and it is one of the courses that lead into continued higher education possibilities. But if you are just finding out about it you may have missed an opportunity or two you didn't know were there before? Good luck. I do not work there, but I am assisting them with a study and have all their numbers in front of me.
