I think all of the flags here have a slight tilt to the right, but it's most noticeable on the India and Taiwan flags.

That's weird. I wonder how or why that happened?

I'd put money on someone reused an older graphic, replaced the image, didn't realize the original was tilted until they replaced, and couldn't figure out how to fix it in time.

I'm guessing someone decided to create a flag icon set with a bit of a twist. Which is fine for some purposes, but maybe not for a news channel.

Somebody had like five minutes to slap this together and they didn’t have access to the folder with the flags of the world in it.

Just like the government the news is crooked hahaha
Seriously tho most technology uses parts from China and Taiwan, most generic medicines are from India and most European countries are already looking for alternatives.
I don’t know what Trump and Elon are cooking but it might be meth

My guess is that they cropped stock images of flags that are slightly wavy and this was the result.

They appear to ALL be off axis and cropped weird. It's just easiest to tell with India and Taiwan because of the shapes/lines within the design. Seems like a bad design decision that was decided or implemented with other flags in mind.
