I’m interested in your thoughts around the bar path here.
I was testing my max yesterday and wondered if I’m moving the weight excessively backward towards my head on the way up. I want to get this down before trying to go any heavier.
Pointers / tips welcome!

Have had issues with squatting for over a year now. Constantly have had to strip weight off and go up again. Back to 90kgs. How is it looking now?

I’m doing underhand barbell rows and for some reason I don’t feel a massive stretch nor that much of a massive contraction on my back. I do feel somewhat a pump and stuff but I feel like I’m doing it wrong, my balance first of all is a bit shit and idk how to fix it and it just feels akward whenever I bring the bar to my belly. And don’t worry even thought it looks I’m ego lifting this was my 3rd set of doing this exercise so I was fatigued already

Having completed three months of dedicated progression, which included a full three Bilbo cycles, and celebrating the achievement of 4 personal records, I am now in the final stages of the strength adaptation phase. Whether I will test myself with 245 kg on the bench press remains to be seen, but I can certainly confirm that my strength levels are still on an upward trajectory.

Saw these in the gym and was just wondering what they actually are? The only thing I can think of is that maybe they're supposed to be strongman logs but they're way too light for that

Sometimes progress isn't pounds on the bar, but the confidence in which we are able to approach a lift.
I used to be diligent to excess about warming up, but with all the deadlifting I've been doing this year, I've gotten very comfortable hitting decently heavy (70+% max) cold.

The person at the desk said it’s for squats, but I am still not able to picture how it’s used, and I’ve never seen anyone use it. Thanks.

I’ve only just started doing these plate loaded chest supported rows and enjoy doing it one arm at a time. Back feels really good after I’m done with these and I can feel them pain days after (in a good way). Any tips on how I can improve my form. TIA

345lbs Squat 255lbs Bench 400lbs Deadlift
Ignore the woodworking clamps on the deadlift, ran out of room for real clamps on the bar
