Question - Solved Fheroes2 Android touch controls - how to split stacks?

Sorry this is a Heroes 2 question not Heroes 3 but I figure some people on here might also play Heroes 2. I recently installed Heroes 2 on my Android tab via the fheroes2 port and it surprisingly works well on touchscreen. However it seems there is no way to split up a creature stack. Is there anyone who experienced the same thing and knows the solution? Will I have to use a Bluetooth keyboard to access this feature?

I have fheroes2 on a kindle fire and just hold down the unit and drag to the next slot. It’ll then pop up how many you’d like to move or it’ll split it equally into the remaining open slots. Hope it works for you!

Wait, if there is heroes2 for android, is there heroes3 for android??

Yes there is! It's called vcmi. It's an open source implentation of the Heroes 3 engine. You can install it from the Play store. However, you'll still have to provide the game files via the GOG version or a CD.

Is it well ported? Better than fheroes2?

I’ve played VCMI and it works well! The touch controls are quite good, other than occasionally struggling to orient an attack properly during combat. There’s also lots of options to install and use different mods or not.
