Definitive method to play H3 on iPad?

I’m looking for a complete guide on how to install Heroes 3 on my iPad. Several guides I found don’t work because they require some old version of macOS. I have a 2020 MacBook Pro (Intel, not M1). Thanks in advance!

I did, unfortunately there is no "+" in top corner in MyApps tab in AltStore :|
