Question - Solved How do i open this menu?

How do i open this menu?

Can anyone help me figure out how i open to this menu in the game when browsing heroes before a game, I have HOTA installed on homm III complete, and cannot find any way to open this menu before the games. i get this screen when i right click:

The detailed one with starting skills, army and spells, is limited to random maps. The more vague one is what you get on any pre-made scenario.

You won't believe it! I actually made a video tutorial for this years ago!

Basically - you can only do it when creating random maps.
