How to get this off the tub, tried all cleaning products, including isopropyl alcohol 91%, scrubbing pads, wire brushes etc… i want it to look fully white again

It needs to re-enameled and boy if you have never done this get ready to talk to Jesus. Seriously if you're going to attempt to do this on your own have an extreme amount of ventilation and I'm not getting you can get reenamo kits at Lowe's good luck and let me know how the Leprechauns are looking
