You can cure any disease, from any human being, just by touching the person. But if someone discovers that you have this power, it automatically ceases to exist. What would you do to maintain this power?
- (edit to clarify but is not a loophole: You don't need to have a vast knowledge of medicine, but at least you need to know that there is something to be cured, so touching random people would have no effect, it needs to be a conscious action.) Healing is gradual and occurs completely in 5 days. The person will not feel that anything special has happened, nor will they notice any immediate changes.
- You cannot regenerate lost limbs or organs (it would be very suspicious for a person to grow a leg in 5 days, or for someone to have a glass eye and another real eye to appear in its place)
- You need to heal at least 1 person per month otherwise you will lose your power.
- You can only tell one person as confident about your power, but you need to guarantee that they will keep the secret, otherwise you will automatically lose your power. If you think you messed up, you have the right to cause selective amnesia to that person just once regarding your power. (You can try with 2 other people, if it doesn't work, you won't be able to have a confidant partner.)
- you cannot resurrect the dead, or those who have had brain death, but if the person has multiple organ failure gradually, you can reverse it before total failure.
- You can live indefinitely, as long as you are healing people at least once a month. But if one day you want to rest from this life, you can choose up to 3 people to pass on your power, and finally be able to rest in peace. (in this case you will not have the right to cause selective amnesia, so you must choose wisely in this case).

Sneak into the children's hospital at night to touch kids. Most distressing out of context thing I've ever written.
