Open Question Parisian Font

I love this bar/restaurant in Paris. The name is written in such a beautiful font that is reminiscent almost of something from a new wave movie. The "S" and "A" in particular are so full of character. Anybody know what is used here?

There is no way to tell, at that angle, and at that resolution.

I even looked on Google Maps and the resto has no link to a website or menu.

I'm going to guess it's not a font, but a one-off logotype. So enjoy it for what it is.
