I don’t remember what it feels like to be happy
Insomnia has destroyed my life, my personality, my mind, my career, everything. It has taken over. No matter how many years I tried to hold out hope that it will get better, unfortunately for some it does not. It got better temporarily, I was sleeping naturally 7-9 hours every night with one awakening to go to the toilet. Something is now wrong with me and I’m waking up 6-8 times a night to go pee. I don’t understand why this is happening or what has triggered it but it has ruined my whole life. I just want to die so I can finally be at peace.

Im here if you need to talk! something that really worked for me and other community members is the QSleep app. better sleep habits could ameliorate your situation

Just remeber the happy days when you are low. I dont know for me it is the same, more or less always depressed, dependent on drugs to sleep and this only works a while before tolerance gets crazy and i have to stop. At the moment i am at this point, i quit taking some of the meds and i dont sleep very much, maybe around 3 hours per night. On top of that i think i have some withdrawl symptoms, feel like shit.

When i go through insomnia i get up waaaaay more to pee due to he anxious...so anxiety from not sleeping good for few nights can also cause frequent urination

My husband told me that getting up to go to the toilet a lot in the night is the sign of a hormonal imbalance, might be worth getting your bloods done to check

You need to have your blood sugar checked. Increased urination at night is a symptom of diabetes.
