I usually don't have an issue when at work, since I can 'click' into work mode. That being said, when I get home, I completely shut down. No phone. No talking. Just as much silence as I can create

I work in telemarketing. Meaning I actually have to call people instead of relying on emails or text messages. Combine that with social anxiety and a boss I hate and I feel like my brain is about to shut down.

I hate being in customer service coz I just know it in my blood that when someone shows even a little bit of aggression towards me, I'm absolutely getting fired on the spot, maybe even get an assault charge lol
