Food What do you think is the best Easter Bun brand?

Used to be HTB for me, but after having Miss Birdie for the past two years, I think I prefer it. Well spiced, moist and full of plump fruit

Jamaicans Abroad Navigating the US Job Market on F1 visa

Hi all. I know a Jamaican in the US, on F1 visa finishing up their STEM Masters with work experience from Jamaica. They are seeking to navigate the US job market to hopefully transition to a H1B. Anyone has any useful tips or advice for an easier transition?

Comedy What comes after Freeness?

Please, can someone explain the joke to me? It's likely something risqué based on the context I heard it, but I can't recall the punchline, nor do I get the joke.

Sports Grand Slam Track

Watching grand slam track and I'm so disappointed in the turn out so far. Jamaicans really don't appreciate things like they should. A field full of olympians and record holders and not even a full grand stand.

Its honeslty a shame and I hope Grand slam organisers pull the funding and investment. TVJ isn't even broadcasting it. Hopefully people are just late but it's so disappointing and upsetting.

Edit: I was wondering if something is happening behind the scenes as well. It's so strange to me that with the caliber of Jamaica track commentators that none were added to the broadcast. No Jamaican presence in a jamaican event is strange.

I'm wondering if the Americans went there with a "only we can do things" mentality that irked the Jamaicans, who then being Jamaicans took their hands off and said run wid it den. That lack of local knowledge really came through
