Teriyaki barbecue and hot

Teriyaki was definitely the winner. Also, this ribeye came out perfect melt in your mouth 10 hours 165.

Thanks for taking so many pictures, this could be used as a jerky making guide. It looks amazing! How thick did you slice the meat, looks like around 1/4” pre cook?

Yep, quarter inch and thanks I got a pic happy
