Does anyone else still feel high sometimes even though they quit a while ago?
It’s day 16, it hasn’t been a ton of time but I still get the feeling sometimes that the world is “off” in a way I can’t place but reminds me of the derealization I would experience while high. It’s starting to bug me and I’m hoping it’ll fade with time. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yeah, for sure.
THC is fat soluble. It came and went for me for a few months after I quit.

This is totally normal. Your brain is going to need some healing and your dopamine and serotonin receptors will take months to reset.
You are fine, and well on your way to feeling ‘normal’ again. In a few months, your brain will feel clear as day.

I think it's brain fog. I had it for a few days then I went to the gym and it went away

Yes I have experienced this after several days of not smoking. Not sure if it's just a memory that tricks the mind or a reserve of thc somewhere being released or some other kind of permanent psychological damage... Congratulations on day 16! That's big.
