When I rescued Lemmy from the pound as a kitten, she was described as the “fluffiest kitty in the entire county.” She has since, only gotten fluffier.

She looks just like my boy Loosefur, often called Loosey, that I had ~20 years ago. He was the sweetest kitty and would come stand on the edge of my bed and put his front paws on my shoulders to get a hug and kiss every night. So I love that yours is called Lucy.

Lemmy has always had an affinity for running water, so she would sit on the tub’s edge, between the curtains while I showered. Until I started putting a folded towel on the chair, and Lemmy couldn’t resist folded laundry.

my grandmother had a chair like this for the grandkids when I was little! from the 70s i think. It had a cane seat and was painted blue with flowers just like this one
