Is it a full moon?
Just done my usual walk from work to Green Park , via Berkeley Square. This is what I encounter in 5 mins. 1. New BMW broken into, Passenger window smashed, by 3 twats on Electrics scooters, grabbed what was on the front seat.
Offered some "Gear" by a guy next to Sexy Fish.
Gang (7) of "Flower sellers", all late 20s, not the usual lot that hawk on the street, having an argument with a couple of guys.
A Couple of women shouting abuse at a few of the guys that hang around on the Street this time of night . The ones that ask "You looking for an after party?"
Bus stuck by the Mayfair Hotel because wankers think that Double yellow lines don't mean them and park their huge SUVs so the bus cannot turn round the corner.
All this to the soundtrack of Ferrari having it's engine reved to oblivion by guys trying to be cool.
"He who is tired of London is tired of life"

The preferred nomenclature is a bunch of "Flower sellers".

One of the first warm sunny Saturdays and people getting a bit over excited. I saw a lot of this myself.

Nope. Half moon today. Which surprised me because I’ve been feeling the crazy energy - must just be spring

First Saturday after the clocks have changed. It feels like some people can’t adapt to the lighter evenings and it sends them wild with excitement.

No, just a bit warm and sunny today which seems to make everyone a bit crazy even from the afternoon.

It’s only going to get worse as it gets warmer. In the worlds of Shakespeare: ‘And if we meet we shall not 'scape a brawl, For now, these hot days, is the mad blood stirring.’

Waxing gibbous I believe, but yes, was walking along the Euston road and Edgware Road around 2am and it seemed like there were more people out and about than what I'd typically see, with quite an assortment of blue lights going various places, and a fair bit of traffic on the roads too (actually had to wait at the crossings multiple times, ridiculous!)
Folks having a pay day recently, the unnaturally sunny weather we've been having, and the clocks going forward last Sunday meaning this was the first Saturday with a lighter evening, could all be contributing factors. Or it could all be business as usual it just happens that more was happening where we could see it this time around. Who knows.

Have you checked to see if the microwave is in the gatorade again? I bet it's that. If you're up that way anyway, look for the lady with the long skirt and the headscarf, staring at the sky. She knows.
