Because r/russian is a sub for people who to learn to language. I'm taking a wild guess here, but the mods of r/russian are active and delete posts related to the war

After going to the the "russian" sub i only saw peolpe asking for translation for russian words. Couldn't get through the quarantined sub so no idea whats in there, but thanks for the help dude.

I think you are lost buddy, but it's probably quarantined because of Russian bots that spread misinformation about anything non-pro-russian
