One wrong move and your arm is being cut open

At least they are wearing their safety sandals, er... slip-on sneakers. 🤦
My first thought was how easy it would be to put a shield up in front of the cutters, but they would probably reach around it to get the cable started. It would make it even more dangerous. The only way to make this safer would be to design an infeed system to keep human hands away, and that isn't going to happen.

Seriously. They could at least tack a piece of scrap metal on there to help you bounce off if you happen to fuck up lol. Crazy dudes.

the same could be said about holding a pair of scissors or an opened can of beans lol

Show me an open can of beans that is powered by a geared hydraulic motor and can rip your arm off.

I didn't downvotes you, but it's like comparing a scratch from a housecat to a mauling from a tiger. I think that's where most people are coming from.

I can’t wait till OSHA is eliminated here in the states so we can have fun machines like that again at work.

This feels like watching those animated safety videos where someone’s innie gets turned into an outie without consent by a spinning wheel.

That looks like some expensive wire.
But remember. The most expensive wire is always the wire cut too short! 😂
