Ok....so to load and unload they disassemble the trailer and the equipment drives on and off of it right? How do they reassemble the trailer? They need another tractor to put all the pieces back in place and assemble the trailer so it can be towed right?

Dam....and that hydraulic piece is strong enough to lift the trailer fully loaded. Hydraulic power is no joke.Â

Beefy tractor isn't even in its final form! A row of driving wheels is lifted.

I remember going in a road trip in the outback when I was younger and upon arriving at a small town saw this giant road train with mining equipment on the back of it. I didn’t know where it was going but it was three trailers long with a Frieghtliner prime mover at the front. The truckie saw me staring at it and offered to show us the truck. He told us how all the switches and buttons work but by far the most impressive thing was engine. It was a strait 6, dual turbo charged CAT engine and what a beast it was. I swear that engine could’ve pulled a mountain. But it was a great road trip, we had to over take some more road trains as we continued our journey but it was a great experience all round
