Theory “New Mask, Same Task”

I saw that on twitter people were confused by what RDJ meant by ‘Same Task’ im guessing doom will want to put a suit of armour around the world

I think it’ll be the doom becoming iron man storyline like in the comics

I’m on a MCU Rewatch and in iron man 2, Justin Hammer said it would be another 15 years before copies of iron man suits could be made

My guess is doom will have his own iron legion in /Doomsday/Secret Wars

Discussion How to make Namor and the Talokans relevant for future arcs Spoiler

The confirmation that Adamantium can be mined from Tiamut's body makes it so that the whole conflict within Wakanda Forever pointless, Adamantium, in the mcu, is stronger and more durable than Vibranium, and is easily more accessible without interference from Wakanda/Talokans.

Shouldn't the Talokan, especially Namor, as soon as possible take over Tiamut's body and hoard its resources for their own? The only threat in doing this are the Wakandans, but Tiamut's body is literally positioned in their backyard; The Ocean. Doing so would give them an advantage over Wakandans, and one step closer to their goal.

  1. Tiamut's body contains earth's most valuable resource and is located in the Ocean, where the Talokans are at their strongest.
  2. Talokans and Wakandans should possess the best equipment possible for mining adamantium as efficiently as possible, and considering its located in the ocean, Talokans should be all over it.
  3. Talokans just recently lost to the Wakandans, so they should at the very least find ways to be a level above them if they're to proceed with their intentions.

The existence of Tiamut, as well as the confirmation that its body contains Adamantium is really something that the MCU should address and swiftly deal with, The Wakandans should consider that maybe Talokans would try to get as much of it, and they should make it a priority to contain or at least protect the process of its acquisition, Talokans would be incredibly stupid not to take advantage of it. and even dumber, if neither Wakanda nor Talokan would have no connection to it.

Tldr; Tiamut should be Atlantis, in that Talokans should take it all for themselves, establishing it as their new sovereign nation, what better way to show power than to show up out of nowhere, taking earth's most valuable resource for their own, and in the process, showing their most recent enemies that another war with them would not end the same way. and another point, Adamantium shouldn't be that readily available in the MCU.

Discussion The fact that this matchup is not impossible is crazy to me Spoiler

Of course I don't think it will happen.

I don't think it should.

Not without some massive setup of why these two forces should even be brought back and meet.

But a story of, for example, the Phoenix force being resurrected and Doctor Strange being like: "the only way for us to defeat her is to bring back the Scarlet Witch, so they cancel each other out" is kinda cool to think about.

What are the chances of Ghost Rider appearing in Doomsday or Secret Wars? I sincerely hope that at least a cameo will be there because Ghost Rider is one of my favourite Marvel Comics characters. If he does appear what role will he play for you? Will he help the Avengers? Will he be neutral? You have the word

Discussion Who are two characters that haven’t met that you think would get along really well?

Sort of in the vein of Matt and Yusuf and the bank; neither knew of each other significance and they became friends as a result of it. Which characters would instantly click the moment they met if neither outshined the other?

Theory What if spiderman bnd IS a crossover movie, just street level instead of multiversal

so we know sony wanted it to be a multiversal crossover film after the huge success of no way home, but marvel talked them out of it. But sony still wanted to make the money, so what if we got like a street level cross over, with matt, kamala, kate and obviously peter

Question Post-Credits Scenes

I watched all MCU movies and series in chronological order at my first time like 10 months ago. In this year i will do it again, but today, after warching Captain Marvel i saw that post credit scene is after Infinity War, but movie is after Captain America: First Avenger. So, if you can help me, please tell me how to watch this scenes in chronological order (tell me after which movie i can watch a specific scene)

I have already watched all MCU movies and series so I think i can understand it. And please, series also have post-credits scenes so tell something about them too.

Edit: Sorry for my English, but I'm still learning🤷

Merchandise What are the greatest mcu artbooks? I would like to get the Thor art book, maybe Thor Ragnarok, avengers endgame and infinity war?

Are there any differences between the art books? They look cool and I wonder if there are any differences from the comics. Does it have a foreward from the actor or the directors. They sound amazing but I don't know how they look or what bonuses they have. Maybe the directors have like how they were inspired by other movies or characters. The endgame one probably looks amazing going over other characters.

Discussion I love that Feige timed the Doomsday filming schedule right after Tom is done with his current stage play with Hayley Atwell. (See images)

So, for anyone not aware (at this point), Hiddleston, Hayley and their wonderful supporting cast, have been doing a modern take on Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing in London's West End for some time. I believe someone, here, posted that sneaky clip of Tom "dancing" towards a Peggy Carter cutout less than a week ago? It's from that show. .......If they eventually port that show over to Broadway, much like Betrayal, I'd possibly try to snag a ticket to see it. If they don't, I'm completely fine with that. 😂

This coming Saturday is their final day. Feige just simply announcing that they'll start filming Doomsday, in London, in a couple of days doesn't exactly surprise me as I somewhat expected it. It's nice to get a confirmation for this since Loki, himself, is a pretty vital character to Doomsday. I'm sure Hiddleston deserves a good amount of rest after doing the stage play. (Feige and the Russos better give him that deserved rest! :D )

It would be really cool to have Hayley's return in some way. Many fans miss Peggy Carter. 😭 Ahhh...

Promotional Detailed description of the Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four Footage they showed at CinemaCon Spoiler

Thunderbolts*

The Thunderbolts are in their van on their way to an undisclosed location. Bucky and Red Guardian are talking about the origins of their suit. Bucky seems annoyed by Guardian, coldly saying that he got his suit from Hydra. Ghost, Yelena, and U.S. Agent are all trading stories in the back of the van. The van crashes into the building they’re going to, and we begin a fight scene.

Many have questioned the validity of having so many characters with the same lack of power set, but this works in the scene’s favor, as it’s a brutal all-out brawl between the Thunderbolts and their assailants. Just as the fight is getting going, Valentina (Julie Louis-Dreyfus) tells them they can simply come up. She’s populated the Avengers tower and is trying to get them to form a team, only for the Thunderbolts (who apparently are not truly a team at this point) to say no.

The Sentry (Lewis Pullman), face obscured, raises his hand and slams one of the Thunderbolts against the window. The rest of the footage is pretty much what we’ve already seen, albeit with some new shots of The Sentry wreaking havoc in New York."

Fantastic Four

The footage opens with our titular family/superhero group being brought onto a talk show, it is established that the Fantastic Four have been around for a good while in this alternate universe of the MCU and are beloved by their society. Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby) and Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal) arrive late to dinner with Johnny Storm (Joseph Quinn) and Ben Grimm (Ebon Moss-Bacharach), but to make up for it, she announces that she is pregnant. Johnny congratulates the couple, saying Sue will make a great mom and joking that Reed has some work to do.

Things seem to be going well in this dimension until the Silver Surfer (Julia Garner) comes to Earth and warns the Fantastic Four that their world has been marked for imminent destruction. The shadow of Galactus is shown looming over New York, and the Silver Surfer tells our heroes they are in a race against time to save Earth from destruction. A civilian asks Reed Richards if they are going to be okay, to which he answers, “I don’t know.” We see him consumed by his research, burdened by their heroic responsibilities.

Sue and Reed make a promise for the future of their child, and we are shown Reed giving a speech and telling the public that the Fantastic Four will protect them. The trailer ends with a shot of the Silver Surfer riding on the iconic board away from the burning flames of an explosion.

Discussion It's unfortunate Marvel Studios won't use AoS team to write their TV series

On my Nth rewatch of AoS, I can't help but feel sad that the creative team is not working with Marvel now on their TV series, just because the show was created by Joss Whedon who had a fallout with Marvel.

Note that I am not even talking about whether AoS should be canon (I absolutely think it should). I just think that the storytelling, the connectivity to the movies that were incorporated (even when it was so obvious the movies did not disclose much to the AoS team about their storylines in the later part of the show), the way they utilized the actors who get to show their acting skills within one role was so amazing (for example, the LMD and the Framework storylines) were truly amazing! You could tell that the directors and writers loved the show and respected the source materials while continuing to create for their own purposes without going out of bounds. Plus, they constantly went back to the plot lines planted in early seasons, showing how planned out the show was (for the first 5 seasons anyway).

I hope they can get past whatever happened between them and have Jed/Maurissa work on the TV shows again. It would be great for the fans.
