So…wait…

On an app whose primary source of revenue is ADVERTISING, he has decided to limit people’s use unless they pay a fee?

In an era when people pay fees to SKIP ads…he’s doing…the opposite?

Jesus fucking Christ……

He isn't doing it as part of some plan. He is doing it because they have lost billions in revenue from all of the huge advertisers that pulled the plug on running ads on a platform full of bots and hate. He literally has no other choice.

Well, he does have a choice: sell twitter.

He already did.....to himself in a shell game bullshit the day after gutting the SEC so he could get away with it and take the leverage off his Tesla shares he used to buy it in the first place.

take the leverage off his Tesla shares he used to buy it in the first place.

No one has stated the importance of this. He knows whats going to happen with Tesla, its only a matter of time.

who ends up paying the price for this? It should be him, right?

The problem with this is: Anyone who invests in Musk, now and in the future, will continuously be paying for this.

The fact that he got away with it, means he WILL do it again when it becomes relevant. So he's going to let the debt on his new shell company nearly expire, pass that debt to yet another company who's shares will tank because of it, causing yet further people to suffer losses due to Musk's debt - And rinse and repeat until everyone's simply paid Musk enough money to pay off the debt.

Except, why would he ever? He can just keep stealing his debt payment from you.

How much money is tied up in Social Security right now?

This feels like quite the shift in conversation.

Can you explain where you're going with this?

Where better for Elon to get money for his own debts than to siphon it out of Social Security?

Ah, makes sense.

That said: Bold of you to assume he'll pay his debt and not just pocket that money.

Oh I never said he'd pay the debts...
