Depends where it is. The do have bells in Czechia and they are pretty loud.

Dude in Czechia, the tram drivers fucking hammer that bell button as soon as you as much as hint at taking 0.2s longer than what they deem acceptable.

I think these have bells too. There's not much difference between a Skoda 03T from Brno and this Skoda 10T seen here.
