Media controls do not disappear even after closing the app

My last phone had this too so i thought buying a new phone would fix it, but no

You can just feel OP getting more unhinged with every useless tap on those damn controls.

Long press and then tap hide; that'll get rid of it.

Oh and for all media on this device it worked, thanks! Only for media that was previously cast it says that it cannot be hidden

Hell yeah it is!

And I'm glad it worked for the most part, but that's still the epitome of mildly infuriating.

Same issue for me with Tidal. The notification miniplayer cannot be closed but it goes away after a while

It only goes away if i play something else with the same app, apart from Nebula apparently

It only disappears if i go to app settings and force stop the app but I'm not doing that every time
