I wouldn't call this Mildly pancake. It is Severely Pancake.

Where is the break. It can't be a perfect gif. THEY DONT EXIST! WHERE IS THE BREAK!

It's pretty close. Just before the flip happens, if you watch the cooked pancake closest to the camera, the bottom edge changes slightly.
