It's the area just above the pubic bone where certain women get paunchy when they gain weight. Super hard to get rid of.
Not saying this is true, as I've not looked at anyone else's, but apparently even skinny women have a little fat pad there, apparently it's to protect the pubic bone from getting bruised during sex! Might be total bollocks though.
Some women seem to have totally flat tummies, but it's definitely true for me, and I'm very thin. I've always had a small amount of padding there, even when at my most fit. Might be more noticeable on a frame like mine, I'm very short waisted.
That's really interesting, maybe what I heard about the whole padding thing is true then. Have you ever caught yours on a too-small toilet hole though lol?
