CERAKOTE® Ceramic Headlight... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084RQKLV8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

As for my technique, I followed the instructions per the video they provided!

Cerakote kit is amazing! Used it on my current car where the clearcoat was peeling. They look fresh off the production line now.

Did you use the headlight kit for that?

Yep, same one in the comment above. The kit comes with everything needed. I imagine more sanding might be required on cars with severe oxidation. I could only tell the clearcoat was peeling when I was up close washing them so they weren’t so bad but clear as glass now.

Was that inside or out clean?

Search headlight cleaning kits on Amazon. They are relatively inexpensive.

20$ is expensive? sure, it's not a very low price but it's definitely not the 40 and higher of buying a new unit. + you can diy it for probably even cheaper with a youtube video, some fine grit paper, water, elbow grease and clear spray paint

I use toothpaste and a polishing wheel on my drill.

Now put some 3M clear bra material on them and you’ll never have to do that ever again.
