Would Cthulhu fit in a mythical creature book?

I am going to write a book with many mythologies and I want a demonic realm and I think Cthulhu would be good as a ruler for it but I don’t know if he would fit. I will include Dracula and they were created about the same time.

Well I think you can have the idea of a Cthulhu like creature but I think the name “Cthulhu” is trademarked
