Hate making phone calls? Want to take action but not sure where to start? You're not alone! I came across this website the other day, recommended by someone on BlueSky, and got a chance to use it today.

It takes a lot of the anxiety and mental-load out of the process! Just used the app and found it easy and intuitive to use. Let me know if you end up using it, or any other accessible forms of activism you know of

Hi new members! What books are we reading?

Just started listening to Rest Easy by Ximena Vengoechea and it's so important to ND self care! As a therapist and just as a human being too.

We often talk about self-care, rest, etc and in the traditional definition of these words, I often feel like I come up short in explaining the importance of "recharging". I appreciate Ximena's expanded definition, explanation of systemic and individual barriers, and look forward to implementing practical tools in my life and future sessions.

Have you read this book? Or feel free to share your recent reads below! Bonus if they can be found via library loan (or Libby, Hoopla etc)
