So why take it off the list. They left tiny island nations on the list, why take Russia off the list.

Not to mention Belarus.

yeah i get it, im guessing it has something to do with brokering peace between ua and rus. sometimes you have to be nice to bad people, look at ww1. germany gets hit with tons of punishment for their participation in ww1 weakening the economy and giving them all the reason to go to war again.

but like i said, they're completely sanctioned already, it's like putting a dead guy in handcuffs.
