This is not accurate. It’s certainly not a nationwide thing, but plenty of districts, especially in big cities, do have body cams. 10 states also have body cams statewide.

Dude, i did not knew this and i live in THE big city of México, but those cameras are not common at all, so much that for a country of 129mil people there where 12k cameras by 2021, about 0.01%...

So yeah, 1) my statement was not accurate, 2) with those numbers it's almost sure that the video is not from a body cam and 3) you are quite pedantic and i love you

El problema es que se sienten libres de apagar/bloquear la cámara. Han habido casos en que se quitan la cámara cuando están lidiando con sobornos u otras cosas.
