The idea in a place like that is they can quickly change your medication and figure out what works, the problem is you’ve been completely removed from the real world so it’s completely pointless because you’re in a completely different scenario and any changes won’t show. And they don’t care if you’ve been fine the whole time you’ve been there, they want to see change.

So you basically have to fake being ok to get out .

Even if you act completely ok if you’re the same as when you came in they want to see change. It’s possible to get out if you refuse treatment but it delays everything and it gets annoying to say no for the hundredth time.
