Discussion A brewery opens, a dive bar closes. A brewery closes, two dispensaries open.

Seems to be the case, anyway.. I believe I'll have another beer

Transitioning dive bar patrons to being dispensary patrons is undoubtedly a net positive

I don't think the real patrons are transitioning anywhere above ground.

fair, but one can hope.

over use of cannabis is way better than over use of alcohol, imo.
