The first version of The Hollywood Squares I remember watching was the late 80s edition with Joan Rivers in the center square and Jim J. Bullock. It was a good fun game show.

Paul Lynde on the center square.
The hilarious thing was as a kid I thought he was funny because of his funny voice and didn’t realize how much he pushed the envelope. The dude was absolutely hilarious with the double entendres.
“Paul, marriage kills love, and love kills what?” “20 minutes.”
