😂 That’s a good haunted house party. If no one cries it misses the mark.

We had one of those as kids and it was fun! Cooked spaghetti were guts, a rubber glove filled with sand was a hand, the infamous peeled grapes, and others I can’t remember.

Thanks, mom.

I think it’s hilarious, but I still can’t eat grapes and it’s been 25 years lol

Grapes are soo good though. They’re like popcorn, but fruit. You’re definitely missing out. But I can understand. Is it an irrational fear thing, ptsd, or the texture reminds you of then, and it grosses you out? Can you eat blueberries, cherries, or cherry tomatoes?

I’ve been thinking about this, and there’s definitely a texture issue, but my 2nd grade teacher also pulled an eyeball related prank on my class. I think grapes are just out the window, and forever associated with eyeballs.

I can eat cherry tomatoes, but not blueberries or cherries. I think because tomatoes are savory, versus cherries and blueberries being sweet. It’s the texture of biting into a thin layer of skin into basically plasma that I abhor.

Juice, jam, or baked goods are fine, just the raw fruit makes me feel grossed out.

Dang, I was trying to think of a way to slowly get you toward being able to enjoy eating grapes again. But there’s plenty of fruits out there that are good too.
