In all seriousness…this type of cartoonish over exaggerated expression on old folks is a sign of pretty bad dementia.

They revert to very toddler like behaviors and lack of awareness.

That was my first thought. My dad, who was Trump’s age, was never officially diagnosed before he died, but all of his emotions and worse proclivities were exaggerated. He was always stubborn, but he grew impossibly stubborn to the point that he was endangering himself and others with his actions. I wouldn’t be surprised if Turnip has dementia. It wouldn’t be the first time politicians have used a popular cognitively-challenged figurehead as their Trojan horse.

Bless my amazing grandpa and his legacy but it was quite fitting when my, then 5 yr old, kid asked my mom if ‘grandpa was an adult or a kid?’. Assumedly, because of the way my mom spoke to him.

Also a sign of an insufferable and narcissistic despot. See; Mussolini.

Problem is that he's always acted like a toddler, so it's difficult to draw a distinct line as to what is his baseline personality and what dementia caused.

My first thought was that he looked eerily like a picture I have of my grandma a few years ago talking about how people raise thier kids "these days". Aaaaand then she quickly declined and died of dementia... so that makes sense.

Can Trump really revert to toddler behavior when he never grew out of that phase to start with?

So after four years of people trying to convince you Biden was demented and the DNC more or less verifying it by their behavior when the damage had already been done, suddenly you are concerned about the president having dementia? Man, I love left wingers. You can't make this stuff up.
