British guy here so I normally just browse this sub, but wtf is happening. Unprofessional isn't even the word. This is an absolute embarrassment to the office of president.

It's a disgrace. I can't recall anything similar even from banana republics. I knew trump was despicable but he's literally shitting on 200 years of history.

I don’t know how we (the U.S.) ever recover. How could anyone trust us going forward? How could anyone respect us?

If we ever recover in the eyes of the world, it’ll be decades down the line.

Starmer is in a bind now. If he goes ahead with the state visit London's going to erupt but if he doesn't we'll be in the shitlist

London was going to have protests anyway, trump is universally despised here. It's also interesting to note that farage, our version of trump, who also keeps trying to position himself as trumps best friend, has been suspiciously silent this last week or two.

The Trump baby blimp will be back out again. And I imagine protests will be UK-wide.
