Agreed. The Great Lakes are littered with old hidden boat launches and the like, probably dating back to the Prohibition era. There’s an old little concrete boathouse near me that might be pressed back into service with a little elbow grease.

Ok, but where will they go?? It's winter still and a boat might launch but would need to take someone somewhere. Like, where to are we gonna hide half a million immigrants?

You are quite mistaken sadly, Canada hate immigrant just as much sadly. We are lucky, PP might not get elected this time, but the ones that support theses views are still here in big numbers.
