One of the quotes I was referencing. That should have resulted in an immediate removal from office; with criminal investigations following it.

But Reagan was the OG Maga Cult.

Its insane to me since Nixon the only Republican president punished for anything was Bush Sr... Doing his job and saving the American economy from a recession, lost him a re-election bid.

His loss really pushed Republicans to the right. The lesson they have learned from his example is to "never raise taxes".
