Last minute April travel recommendations

Where is beautiful and accessible in spring for a young female with a rapidly expiring passport and no ability to drive? Imagine that it is a life saving intervention.

porto in portugal is really nice, and if you dont mind some dirty streets then id suggest naples

in real time i'm staying at an airbnb on the outskirts of kotor, montenegro. it has a bit of a tourist-y feel here, but it's affordable and quite scenic—charming place overall

oh i should mention too that kotor's old town has a large population of cats that freely roam its streets or just lounge around wherever, picrel sat beside me yesterday for about 20 mins as i ate my restaurant meal
