Both of them are just really really old. Nobody would be surprised at all if either of them were full on senile if they hadn't somehow talked us into letting them be president.

You meant the guy who turned our economy around, added almost 17 million jobs, rebuilt our infrastructure and returned chip manufacturing to our country while rolling out the vaccines and funding the Ukrainians as they dismantled the Russian Soviet stockpile of conventional weapons? That guy?

Pretty sure this was an effort by Congress and not Biden personally.

All of them were stated positions and goals of Biden. He expended political capital on each of them to get the congressional components passed, but also worked with industry leaders and foreign governments to do their part. Quiet effective competence and initiative vs. whatever we have now.
